Umuaka News24 has launched a full investigative inquest into grave and disturbing allegations surrounding the fraternity known as “Nne Enyemeaka Ebebe Shrine,” a Catholic parish located in Umuaka, A Latin Catholic Parish under the Orlu Diocese.

Over the past weeks, our newsroom has received multiple independent reports alleging the existence of deeply troubling practices within the fraternity. These allegations include occult-like rituals, hypnotism, abduction of girl children, forceful and coerced marriages, systematic brainwashing of members to sever ties with their families, and fetish-related activities, all allegedly taking place under the supervision of the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Angelo.

Given the serious nature and potential criminal implications of these claims, Umuaka News24 is formally inviting the Nigeria Police Force, child protection agencies, and relevant state and federal government authorities to urgently take interest in this matter and join the investigation in the interest of public safety, child welfare, and justice.

Members of the public who have first-hand experiences, eyewitness accounts, or verifiable information are strongly encouraged to come forward. Victims, former members, family members, and concerned individuals may submit WhatsApp messages, voice recordings, documents, or written testimonies to Umuaka News24. Confidentiality will be respected where necessary.

In keeping with the principles of fair and balanced journalism, Umuaka News24 has also sent an official request for clarification to the Church via Nigeriafssp@gmail.com, inviting them to present their side of the story and respond to the allegations. As at the time of filing this report, no response has been received.
