The community of Amurie is mourning the loss of one of its sons, a young man from Amurie who was tragically shot dead on a fateful day in Ugbele Umuaka. The deceased whose identity has been disclosed as *Mr Ezeala Chibueze wisdom* has been laid to rest amid scenes of profound grief.
The funeral was attended by family, friends and community members, who paid their last respects to the departed. Some mothers were heard crying and cursing the officers allegedly responsible for the act.
