RETURN OF OUR ALMA MATER ST SAVIOURS SECONDARY SCHOOL UMUAKA TO ITS ORIGINAL PREMISES WITHIN THE PORTION ALLOCATED TO IT BY THE BISHOP.
(1)THE Old Boys Association of St Saviours Secondary School Umuaka congratulates and rejoices with the Royal Fathers in the Akah Ebeiri Council Of Ndi Eze on the attraction of Federal presence through the new Federal Science And Technical School Umuaka. This adds to the list of Secondary Schools in the community further enhancing the image of the community as a centre of learning.
(2) Following our series of Meetings and consultations with your good selves and the Catholic Bishop Of Orlu Diocese, His Lordship Most Rev Dr Augustine Tochukwu Ukwuoma (The Proprietor) particularly our last Meeting with the Bishop February 14, 2025, in the presence of the Vicar General Rev Father Dr Emma Okonkwo, the Bishop re-emphasized that the position of the Diocese remains that St Saviours Secondary School Umuaka should cohabit with the new Federal Science And Technical School and that it should still possess the portion duly allocated to it and shown to the members of the Old Boys Association as stakeholders.
(3)In furtherance to the foregoing, the Old Boys Association is mobilizing resources to facilitate the development of the portion of St Saviours Secondary School Umuaka in this her original premises referred to above as allocated to her by the Bishop (The Proprietor), to retain the status of the School as a premier educational institution of over six decades standing.
(4)To this effect, we want to put you on notice that between April 1, and May 31, 2025, we shall move in to the portion allocated to St Saviours Secondary School Umuaka to commence development.
We shall appreciate your usual cooperation.
