Reports are emerging of a disturbing incident in Umuaka, Njaba local government Area of Imo State, where a Nigerian Joint Task Force (JTF) operation has left a trail of destruction and fear even as New Mother and Child Go Missing.
Eyewitnesses claim that the JTF invaded the area today, February 24, 2025, and brutally shot a man who was peacefully farming in his nearby field killing him at the spot.
The reason for this recent invasion is currently unknown.
In a separate incident, the JTF allegedly burst into a home in Nwanebi family Umuaku Umuele, destroyed their house and reportedly abducted a woman who had just given birth, along with her newborn child.
