Hon. Vitalis Ugochukwu Obi (Etiokwe-Njaba), the Chairman of Njaba Local Government Area, is taking significant steps to support the education and development of Njaba students. He has announced plans to register over 120 students for JAMB, providing them with the opportunity to pursue higher education.
Furthermore, the Chairman is set to support Njaba’s representatives in the Mister & Miss Imo 2025 Beauty Pageant, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing the talents of Njaba’s youths.
In addition, the Chairman has initiated efforts to register Njaba streets, enabling navigating companies like Bolt, Uber, and Indrive to operate efficiently in the area. This move aims to enhance the ease of movement and accessibility within Njaba, promoting economic growth and development.
Umuaka News 24 has commended the Executive Chairman for his efforts in reconstructing Of council buildings and awarding grassroots projects. The news outlet has also urged the Chairman to establish an ICT accredited center in Njaba, which would enable students to register and take CBT exams locally, rather than traveling to Owerri or other LGAs.
This initiative would not only provide convenience for students but also contribute to the economic growth of Njaba by attracting investors and promoting easy navigation.
