Information made available to Umuaka News24 suggests that the Executive Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Hope Uzodimma, has reportedly given his approval for the construction of the Afor umuaka-amazano-ezioha-ukwu Oji road.
This development is a result of a motion reportedly moved by Hon. Ozioma, the member representing Njaba state constituency. The construction of this road is very crucial, especially with the dry season coming to an end.
However, Hon. Ozioma revealed that despite the approval, no contractor has come forward to work on the road due to security concerns in the area.
To address this, he is urging experienced contractors willing to take the job to come forward.
This project is expected to bring relief to the people of Njaba and surrounding communities, who have been facing difficulties due to the poor state of the road.
