History is History and facts are facts. The issue of seniority in question is clear but what is not clear to umuaka is the secret facts and untold stories that they don’t want to talk about. Because there were dangerous killings , massacre and elimination of umuaka bloodline that their people don’t want to talk about. Before this document in circulation. Umuaka have existed more than 200 years before the said document. Umuaka was originally 6 sons or brothers. Uba and Isiozi , Achara and Amiyi, Ohewe and Ugbuele. Some things remarkable happened to Ohewe lineage that Ugbuele and umuaka don’t want to talk about it. Then there were no Amafor in place. But after the massacre of Ohewe and killing of his people, umuaka in order to cover up the mess and keep the secret, created Amafor to still make up for the original 6 abinitio. I Don’t know why Ugbuele people refuse to talk about their brother that all umuaka fought to eliminate and why? Amafor is an appendage of Uba. If there’s any apologies to be made or injustice to be addressed, it is the elimination of Ohewe bloodline of Umuaka and peace and orderliness will return to umuaka people. As per Amaozor people, it is settled. And Amuire being part of old structure of umuaka happened yes ! and they left umuaka union in 1957. If we want our history to be straight, we should research Ohewe village and what happened to him. History is to keep us together in peace and in truth, not to divide us. My humble opinion.
